Production liability: Products are fulfilled and shipped by Printify. However, GPS Intrepid remains responsible for store operations, order communication, and customer service.

Dispute window: Any defect-related claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printify’s liability is limited to the amount paid for their services in the 30 days prior to the claim. GPS Intrepid does not assume liability beyond this.

Third-party content: Users are responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded (e.g., custom designs) does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
